Refund policy

Guarantee

You can request a refund for a course within 30 days of purchase, as long as you haven't completed more than 30 % of the content.

How to do it

  1. Sign in and open My purchases.
  2. Click “Request a refund” next to the course.
  3. If the request meets the conditions above, it is accepted automatically. Otherwise, our team reviews it and replies by email.

What happens next

The refund goes back to the payment method used. Depending on your bank, it appears within a few business days. Access to the course is removed and any certificate is canceled.

Special cases

Free courses are not refundable. If a course doesn't match its description or you have a technical problem, write to us : we will review each situation. This policy does not limit your consumer rights.
