What we collect
- Account: username, first and last name, email, role, bio (teachers), and password (stored in encrypted form).

- Purchases: orders, amounts, and invoices. Card data is processed by Stripe and does not pass through our servers.

Why
To provide the service (course access, payment, certificates), write to you about your account, keep the site secure and, if you consent, send you the newsletter. We do not sell your information.
Cookies
We only use cookies necessary for the site to work: the login session and protection against form forgery. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. The code you write in the workshop is kept in your browser (local storage) and is not sent to our servers.
Who has access
Our team, our technical providers (hosting, email, payment by Stripe, AI by Anthropic) and, for their own courses, teachers who see their students' progress. Some providers may process data outside Québec; we choose providers that offer appropriate protection safeguards.
Retention period
We keep your information as long as your account exists. Invoices are kept for the time required by law. When you delete your account, your personal information is erased or anonymized, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, and delete your account. From your profile, you can download your data and delete your account. For any other request, or to file a complaint, write to us. You can also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Security incidents
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we notify the people concerned and the relevant authorities.
