1. Who we are

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for your account's activity. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

3. Buying courses

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe: we do not store your card numbers. After payment, access to the course is immediate and is granted for your personal use.

4. Content license

Courses, videos, texts, quizzes, and files are protected by copyright. You may not copy them, resell them, or share your access. Certificates attest to completing a course on the platform.

5. Refunds

6. Teachers

Teachers remain the owners of their content and grant us the right to distribute it on the platform. They guarantee they hold the rights to what they publish. The platform retains a commission on each sale, shown in the teacher area. We may refuse or remove content that does not comply with the law or these terms.

7. Code editor and AI assistant

The code you write in the editor runs in your browser. The AI assistant can be wrong: double-check its answers. Do not send it confidential information.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not try to access accounts or content that are not yours, disrupt the service, publish illegal or hateful content, or use the platform for harassment.

9. Liability

We do our best to provide a reliable service, but it is provided as is and may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the update date will be shown. The laws of Québec and Canada apply.
